Privacy Policy

Account information: We collect information such as your name, account email, company details, and login information.

Property and project information: We collect addresses, parcel or property details, site-plan inputs, measurements, notes, customer information, files, and other content you enter into SiteCast.

Usage and device information: We may collect browser type, device information, IP address, pages or features used, dates and times of access, diagnostic data, and similar usage information.

Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand use of the service, and help protect accounts.

Payment information: Stripe handles payment-card and billing details. SiteCast does not store your full payment-card information.

We use information to provide and improve SiteCast, create and store site plans, process subscriptions, authenticate users, respond to support requests, communicate service updates, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, meet legal obligations, and understand how the product is used.

We rely on third-party providers to operate SiteCast. These providers may process information for us only as needed to provide their services:

• Stripe for subscription billing and payments.
• Regrid for parcel and property data.
• Google and/or Mapbox for maps, geocoding, and imagery.
• Our cloud hosting and infrastructure providers for storage, computing, security, and delivery.
• Our email provider for account, billing, product, and support communications.

These providers have their own privacy practices and may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for third parties to use for their own unrelated advertising.

We keep account and project information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and the reason it was collected.

If you ask us to delete data, we will remove or de-identify it when reasonably possible, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including rights to receive a copy of data, object to certain processing, or appeal a privacy decision.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. To make a request, contact support@sitecastnow.com.

SiteCast is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as SiteCast changes or legal requirements evolve. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
