Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your SiteCast subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the monthly or annual period you already paid for.

After that paid period ends, your subscription will not renew and access to paid features will stop unless you start a new subscription.

Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by law or where the guarantee below applies.

We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, unused property lookups, plan downgrades, or cancellations made during a paid billing period, except where required by law.

To claim the guarantee, email [support@sitecastnow.com] within 10 calendar days after your first 30 paid days end. Include the email address on your account, your company name, the date your paid subscription began, and a short explanation of how you used SiteCast during the guarantee period.

The guarantee applies only to a customer's first paid subscription, only to the first month's subscription fee, and only when the account was used in good faith during the 30-day period. It does not cover add-ons, usage charges, third-party fees, later months, renewals, or annual fees beyond the equivalent first month.

We may request reasonable account or usage information to verify eligibility. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

For billing questions, include your account email, the charge date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.
