Terms of Service

By creating an account, buying a subscription, or using SiteCast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use SiteCast.

SiteCast is software that helps users create site plans and estimates using property information, parcel data, imagery, measurements, project details, and user inputs.

Features may change as we improve the service. We may add, remove, or update features when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

SiteCast offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically using the payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains active until that period ends.

You may use SiteCast only for lawful business and project-planning purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy or reverse engineer the platform, bypass usage limits, introduce malicious code, or use SiteCast to violate another person's rights.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for having the right to use any project, customer, or property information you upload.

Site plans and project materials you generate through SiteCast belong to you, and you may use them for your projects and customer work.

Blue Tide Exteriors, LLC d/b/a SiteCast and its licensors retain all rights to SiteCast, including the software, design, workflows, models, documentation, trademarks, and platform technology. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of the platform.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SiteCast is provided "as is" and "as available." Blue Tide Exteriors, LLC d/b/a SiteCast does not make warranties about uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or project outcomes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blue Tide Exteriors, LLC d/b/a SiteCast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, permit delays, construction costs, or project decisions.

Our total liability for claims related to SiteCast will not exceed the amount you paid to Blue Tide Exteriors, LLC d/b/a SiteCast for SiteCast during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Tide Exteriors, LLC d/b/a SiteCast, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of SiteCast, your projects, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if you do not pay amounts due, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or materially violate these terms. You may stop using SiteCast and cancel your subscription at any time.

Terms that should reasonably continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification, will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Louisiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by another appropriate method. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
